Shipments and Returns
We provide home delivery service in Uusimaa area (Not include Hanko area). Parcels are usually delivered within 1-3 days -- based on the area and order confirmed time -- after receiving payment. Special circumstances may cause delays.
Home delivery in Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo (Capital region, Post codes start from 00 to 02)
The home delivery service is only valid in Helsinki / Vantaa / Espoo area.
Home delivery server only on weekdays, public holidays are not inclueded.
For each order under 60€ (Tax included) will be charged by 10€ as delivery fee.
Orders above 60€ (Tax included) will be delivered free of charge.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Finnish Smart Posti with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Posti Deliver-to-Door with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
For each order under 100€ (Tax included) will be charged by the postal costs. Orders above 100€ (Tax included) will be delivered free of charge. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
As the difficulty to control the transportation time and freight environment of postal service, an extra fee will be applied to the orders with FRESH product and FROZEN product, and the buyer would take the own risk and responsibility for the package. FRESH product and FROZEN product will be delivered AS IS by the arrival condition.
An extra handling fee will be charged for the orders over 22kg because of Posti delivery policy. It will based on the weight of the order.
Except for product quality issues, the return freight charges are borne independently by the returnee under other circumstances.
