What payment methods do you accept?
We are using third party payment service Paytrail. At the moment we accept bank debit cards, credit cards, and net-bank transfer via Paytrail.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Signing up for an account grants you access to a wealth of helpful Golden Crop Online Shop features, but for your convenience you don't need to do so to make the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled if it hasn't been sent out from our warehouse yet. You can contact us and we will cancel your order and refund you as soon as we can.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is shown in your cart before you place an order. This is the final cost — we will not charge you any additional fees. It depends on the size, weight and product type of your parcel, and the location you're sending to.
Can I choose a shipping method?
We automatically choose a shipping method best suited for your order based on your postal code. Home delivery valid in Uusimaa area (not include Hanko). Post package will be shipped to whole Finland.
Is there a tracking service available?
Yes, all post packages are trackable. The tracking number will be sent to you via Posti.
What countries do you ship to?
At this moment we only ship to Finland.
What shipping methods do you use?
Home delivery will be handled by Cabbie, Post package will be shipped via Finnish Posti.
When will you ship my order?
We usually process items at our warehouse within 1-3 business days -- based on the area and order confirmed time -- after receiving payment.
For the home delivery, we will process all orders been made before 09:00 on the present day.
Post package may take little longer time. It would take 1-3 business days at our warehouse, and 2-4 business days at Posti.

I can't choose delivery methods but "Pick up from Vantaa Market".
Please make sure you have fulfilled "Zip Code / Post Code" section on your address details. The post code is very import in Finland to identify the correct address.
My payment isn't going through.
Please try using another bank card or payment method. Contact your bank and confirm that there are no restrictions. If you are using a debit card, there might be not enough funds in your account. Similarly, if you are trying to pay by credit card, please verify that you are still within your monthly credit limits. Payment errors are hard to troubleshoot, because we can't see the error details for security reasons. If you find at any time that your card was charged, but the payment did not go through on the Oy Golden Crop Ab side, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Something is missing or broken.
We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please send us photos of the item and/or parcel (or a link to them) so that we can see the problem and conduct an investigation.
